Policies
Deposits equal to one room night is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations made 14 days prior to reservation date will be refunded. During peak periods and holidays, refunds will be made only if the room is re-rented. No refunds are given for early departure.
- Room rates are based on double occupancy.
- Add $15.00 for each additional person in a room.
- Check-in is from 3pm – 9pm. Please call ahead to arrange for a late check-in, which may be available upon request.
- Check-out is at 11am. If needed, a later check-out may be available. Please inquire ahead of time.
What’s Provided
- Full breakfast served between 9:30am – 10:30am.
- Coffee is available at 7am.
- Pastries, coffee, tea available at 7am for early risers.
Restrictions
- Sorry, smoking is not allowed inside the premises.
- Pets cannot be accommodated.
- Minimum stay requirements — two night weekend minimums required during fall foliage, winter ski season, and certain holiday periods.
- All prices are subject to change and 9% Vermont Room and Meals tax.

COVID-19 Response
Per State of Vermont Executive Order, Rowell’s Inn is able to accept new reservations for lodging and events for dates after June 15th. We are now accepting reservations!
EFFECTIVE 6/15: Travelers may complete either: (i) a 14-day quarantine; or (ii) a 7-day quarantine followed by a negative test – in their home state and enter Vermont without further quarantine restrictions if they drive directly from their home via their personal vehicle. In certain low Covid-19 incidence areas within driving distance as mapped by state of Vermont, no quarantine is required. For more information, contact us at (802) 875-3658.
